By downloading, installing, or using the Procrasti Nation mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Procrasti Nation is a productivity and task management application designed to help users overcome procrastination and improve their time management skills. The App provides features including but not limited to task scheduling, progress tracking, motivational content, and productivity analytics.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Promptly updating your account information when necessary

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyQTGlobal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
