By downloading, installing, or using the SerenityLists mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

SerenityLists is a list management application that allows users to:

• Create and organize personal lists
• Share lists with other users through secure access codes
• Save and restore lists (Pro users)
• Manage shared list permissions

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

5. List Sharing and Privacy

Sharing Controls

You have full control over your lists and can share them with other users using our secure sharing system. You are responsible for:

• Managing access permissions
• Revoking access when necessary

Shared List Access

When you share a list with another user:

• The recipient receives read-only access to the list
• Changes you make to the list are automatically updated for all shared users
• You can revoke access at any time

6. Pro Features

Certain features of the App, such as saving and restoring lists, are available only to Pro users. Pro features may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SerenityLists and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may:

10. Account Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. When you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
